At Power Financial Credit Union, everything revolves around you. That includes providing the convenient, 24/7 account access you need in your busy life.
When you receive your member number, keep it handy. It's central to your relationship with us. You’ll use your member number to access your account at our branches, our Contact Center, through Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking. For your convenience, all your Power Financial Credit Union accounts will begin with your member number, followed by a two-digit product suffix.
The first time you log in to Online Banking, enter your member number and password in the Online Banking login box on the left side of the home page, using the last four digits of your Social Security number (no spaces) as your password. You may change your password as often as you’d like. Passwords can be 4 to 20 characters in length. You can also change your username.
All joint accounts will begin with the primary account holder’s member number. To add a joint account holder, please complete our Membership Application Form and fax or mail the completed form to Power Financial Credit Union.
If there is more than one authorized signer on the account, the organization named on the account has been assigned a member number. Each authorized signer must be designated on the Business’s Articles of Incorporation and also sign the signature card to have account privileges.
Power Financial Credit Union serves members across South Florida with 8 full-service branches and offers convenient account access from anywhere using its secure Online Banking and highly-rated Mobile App.
