To open a business checking account, you will need to be registered with the state of Florida and provide:
  • Business registration with the state of Florida (Sunbiz)
  • Business Tax ID or Social Security number (in the case of a sole proprietor or single-member LLC)
  • Assumed Name Certificate or Doing Business As (DBA) Certificate, if applicable
All account signers are required to provide:
  • Social Security number
  • Two forms of identification
  • Business beneficial ownership information
Additional documentation may be required depending on your business type and account selection.
